Protein Powder Pizza [Bulkbites.com]

This is the first pizza I have ever made with soy protein in it, and I liked it so much I wanted to share it with you guys. You can top it with whatever veggies you want, this is how I made it:

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Soy protein, neutral flavor
- 15 gram Wheat flour, whole-grain, soft wheat
- 0.5 cup Oats
- 3 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 0.5 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
- 1 tsp, leaves Spices, thyme, dried
- 1 tsp Spices, rosemary, dried
- 0.3 cup Tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
- 1 Italian tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, white, raw
- 1 serving Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 0.25 cup, diced Cheese, swiss, low fat
- 0.5 medium Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Instructions
- Blend the egg whites, protein, oats, flour, salt, milk and spices in a blender or kitchen machine
- Heat up a pan and spray with non sticking spray
- Add the mixture and cook with a lid until the mixture becomes solid
- You'll see when it's done when it comes lose from the pan when you shake the pan
- Get it out of the pan on baking paper, and smear the tomato paste on your pizza bottom
- In the same pan saute the sliced onions until brown and add the ground beef
- When the ground beef is brown, add it onto the pizza
- Dice all the vegetables and put on top
- Top of with some grated cheese
- Put in the oven for about 12-13 minutes on 220C or 430F
