I love chicken very much, this is my favorite ingredient and I like to be experimental with my chicken dished very much. Chicken falls under the lean meat category, it provide high quality protein with minimum fat to our body. This recipe is simple, easy to digest and taste awesome. I bet you will gorge on my roasted chicken fingers like a devour. How I make them is really simple I marinade the chicken before starting my training and once I finish with my exercise routine I put the marinated chicken into the oven. As soon as I finish with my protein shake my chicken fingers are ready. I relish on them immediately after that.

Ingredients
- 1 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 10 gram Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 tsp Spices, chili powder
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 gram Ground cumin
Instructions
- Prick the boneless chicken with fork.
- Prepare the marinade by combining Greek yogurt and all the spices.
- Add the chicken pieces and toss well to coat all the pieces with marinade.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
- For cooking greased a baking dish with olive oil and place the chicken pieces on it.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes in oven at 375 F, until crisp and golden brown.
