This shrimp recipe is a real treat. It's full of flavor and packed with protein! I know it takes a lot of spices, but these are common used spices.

Ingredients
- 2.5 unit Crustaceans, shrimp, untreated, raw
- 2 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 3 clove Garlic, raw
- 2 tsp Spices, paprika
- 1 tbsp Spices, coriander seed
- 1 tbsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 2 tsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 2 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 unit Multi grain rice, cooked
- 5 cup 1/2" pieces Beans, snap, green, raw
Instructions
- Salt the shrimps and leave to rest for 10 minutes
- Cook the rice as instructed on the package
- Chop the beans and cook for about 8 minutes in water with a dash of salt
- Heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium heat for around 2 minutes
- Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes, don't let it burn!
- Add all the spices and stir well for 1.5 min (keep stirring!)
- Turn up the heat, and add the shrimps. Stir constantly until the shrimps turn pink. Should take no more than 4.5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice and toss
- You can serve them on a cocktail stick, serve hot.
