Tough guy’s burger is made by combining all the tough ingredients to make a tough dream body. This is one of my favorite burger, I can make it anytime of the day because it is so simple to make. I just assemble the good to eat ingredients and make quick nice burger, cover it with a whole wheat big bun and smack on it. All the ingredients are significantly good for bodybuilders; I use a good wholegrain cereal, fat trimmed ground beef, egg and skimmed milk for making the burger and whole wheat burger bun for assembling the burger.
Tough guy’s burger contains high protein, complex carbs, and vegan nutrition if you use salad filling with the patty. All of this, in a few simple steps and in a very small time.

Ingredients
- 1 serving Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 1 piece Egg white beaten
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 unit Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 leaf, large Lettuce, iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for patty – oat, egg white, onion, beef, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
- Make patties of desired shape and size.
- Cook the patties on a griddle pan with some olive oil. Cooking will take 5-6 minutes on both sides on medium heat.
- You may toss the bun on the same griddle for good results.
- To assemble the burger – cut a whole wheat burger bun, place the patty on it, top with lettuce leaves and other half of the bun.
