Chicken hash is the classic recipe that includes all of my favorite ingredients in one plate. Currently I am making my chicken hash with some modification to comprise my dietary needs and named it ‘Tough guy’s chicken hash’. This recipe is made with wonderful ingredients that are building blocks of bodybuilding. The star ingredients are – chicken, sweet potatoes and spinach that makes it a perfect delight for a bodybuilder. This recipe is full of lean protein, complex carbohydrate, iron and other vegan nutrition. I like to relish on it with some tossed whole wheat bread chunks; doubtlessly it becomes a great dish for your lunch and dinner.
