Ingredients
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 1 medium Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 0.26 oz Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 1 small Onions, raw
Instructions
- Whisk the egg
- Add the tuna and mash with a fork into the egg, add 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs, add chopped onion (optional)
- Form into two balls
- Lightly coat a skillet in olive oil, preheat on medium
- Once skillet is warmed, put the burgers on and flatten with a spatula
- Allow to brown on each side but don’t cook them until they are dry right through
