These ‘Bacon wrapped sweet potato bites’ are not only good for mid day snack but also good for your breakfast if you are willing to put some extra efforts into your breakfast. As I am always lack of time in the morning so I make these bites in the evening and enjoy them after working in the gym.

Ingredients
- 1 small, large, medium Sweet potato, raw
- 1 slice Bacon, pre-sliced, reduced/low sodium, unprepared
- 1 tbsp Spices, rosemary, dried
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 wedge yields Lemon juice, raw
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking tray by placing an aluminum foil on it.
- Cut the cooked sweet potatoes in small bit size pieces.
- Combine rosemary, salt and pepper and toss with sweet potatoes.
- Cut the bacon strips to roll the sweet potato pieces.
- Wrap sweet potato pieces in bacon strips and secure it with toothpick.
- Arrange the bacon wraps in the baking tray and spray some olive oil on them.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bacon are crisp and brown.
- Sprinkle some lemon juice and bacon wrapped sweet potatoes are ready to enjoy.
