I and my husband love having fluffy French toast for our breakfast. This recipe is slightly different from the normal ones as I have used flour in it. Last weekend, I serve these toasts to my friends who had come over to my place. All of them liked it so much that they have promised to try it sooner than later!
This is one of the foods that is easy to cook and tasty. It is a perfect dish to have early in the morning for your breakfast. It is simple and nutritious. In fact, these toasts are low on calories but high on carbohydrates and protein. Therefore, these toasts can also be had by people who train hard or want to build muscle.

Ingredients
- 0.96 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)
- 24.96 gram Plain Flour
- 0.96 dash Salt, table
- 0.96 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.48 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 3 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 12 slice thin Whole Wheat Bread
- 12 gram Sugars, granulated
Instructions
- Transfer flour into a bowl. Add milk and slowly whisk the mixture
- Then add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, eggs and salt and whisk the mixture until you get a smooth mixture
- Place a frying pan or griddle and heat some oil in it over medium flame
- Dip the bread slices into the above mixture until it is soaked completely. Once saturated, cook either sides of the bread until they turn golden brown
- Serve hot
