I must have tried several recipes that included ground turkey before I ran into this one. When prepared with the sauce this dish is heavenly and irresistible. I love having turkey cheeseburger meatloaf for my dinner at least once every fortnight.
The good part with this dish is that it is light on your stomach and yet rich in important components like protein and carbs. If you are an aspiring bodybuilder or a weight trainer, make sure you have this for your dinner at least once every week. It will certainly provide you enough energy and help you build muscle.

Ingredients
- 4.5 gram Oil, vegetable, Natreon canola, high stability, non trans, high oleic (70%)
- 1.02 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1.02 cup, diced Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 196.02 gram Turkey bacon, cooked
- 0.24 cup Ketchup
- 0.48 small Onions, raw
- 1.5 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 18 gram Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 1.02 slice, small Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)
- 1.02 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean, 7% fat, raw
- 0.24 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1.98 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1.98 tbsp Sauce, worcestershire
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C
- Place a large skillet over the medium heat and heat some oil in it. Then cook turkey over the skillet until it turns crisp and golden brown. Cook both sides for 5 minutes.
- Use paper towels for draining bacon. When it has cooled down appreciably, crumble
- Add ground turkey, egg, cheddar cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and French bread into skillet and mix thoroughly.
- Take a baking dish and transfer the turkey meatloaf into it. In the middle of the dish, create a loaf shape
- Place the dish in the oven. Bake it until the juices are formed and the middle portion of the loaf is no longer pink.
- Once the dish is cooked, remove it from the oven and serve hot
