If you want a quick fix for you tomorrow breakfast then try this chilled over night oat parfait. When the oat chilled with Greek yogurt, milk and fruits, it absorbs the flavor of other ingredients and makes a perfects parfait for breakfast. I love to make it at the night for next morning because it is very easy to make and provides me needed strength for the day ahead. It is high in protein and provides slowly released carbohydrate to the body to maintain endurance during workout.
All the ingredients combine together to make a good breakfast treat for a bodybuilder.
Tip: try to use different fruits and milk variety to make this recipe to get the unique flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 packet Cereals, oats, instant, fortified, plain, dry
- 1 small Bananas, raw
- 10 gram Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 1 medium Strawberries, raw
- 1 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)
- 1 gram Almond Nut
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 gram Honey
Instructions
- Take a big glass or jar and pour rolled oats into it at the bottom.
- Place the second layer with banana pieces in the glass.
- Then place layers of blueberries and nuts.
- Mix honey with milk.
- Make space by using a knife, in the middle and sides of the glass and fill the cavity with milk.
- Keep in the fridge overnight and enjoy next day morning topping it with chopped strawberries.
