I generally prefer to have Banana Berry smoothie in the morning for my breakfast. It is healthy and tasty. This smoothie is so nutritious that even athletes and bodybuilders can have them regularly. For those kids who are averse to berries, introducing them to berries can be done through this smoothie. My kid, for example, does not usually prefer berries when given as a fruit. However, she likes this smoothie a lot!

Ingredients
- 2 small Bananas, raw

Instructions
- Transfer berries and bananas into a blender followed by yogurt.
