- Servings: 3
- Time: 40 minutes
Though I have tried out several meatball recipes in the past, this is among my favorites. When had with garlic bread rolls, pasta or other side dishes, it makes for an excellent lunch food. For best results, you can have these meat balls with red sauce.
The meat balls are rich in protein and low on fat. Therefore, weight trainers and bodybuilders can have them for lunch regularly.
A couple of meat balls with a side dish are all is needed to fill your stomach on a lazy afternoon. It also supplies enough energy to your body to help it perform its duties.
