I like to enjoy different taste of protein shakes and have tried a number of mixes by now. If you ask me to name one of my favorite protein shake mix, I would say my coffee flavored protein shake that is made for tough guys. I love this blend and add unflavored protein powder to this shake so it does not hamper the actual taste of coffee which is my favorite. I like to have it sugar free but you can add a bit of sweetener of your choice if you want.
The blend is high in protein naturally due to protein powder and milk. Furthermore coffee has a great calming and muscle relaxant properties. It is an ideal protein shake to drink after a workout.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Unflavoured Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp dry Coffee and cocoa (mocha) powder, with whitener and low calorie sweetener
- 1 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients – milk, protein powder and coffee powder into a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds and pour in a tall glass.
- You very own protein rich cold coffee is ready to drink.
- Add sweetener and ice according to your choice.
