This is an extremely easy snack to make anytime during the day. Whether you want to have this food as a snack or as an appetizer is up to you. However, there is no denying the fact that it is a wholesome food and provides you load of energy as it is rich in carbohydrates.
The combination of fruit salsa and cinnamon chips is an incredible one. Trust me; you will not have enough of it!
Besides being a tasty snack, Cinnamon chips and fruit salsa is quite nutritious too. It is high on carbohydrates and has protein in significant proportions. As the fat content is low, even weight trainers can have this snack regularly!

Ingredients
- 2 fruit Kiwifruit, green, raw
- 2 tbsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 1 spray , about 1/3 second Oil, PAM cooking spray, original
- 10 tortilla Tortillas, ready-to-bake or -fry, flour, shelf stable
- 3 tbsp Fruit Preserves
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 24 gram Sugars, granulated
- 400 gram Strawberries, raw
- 226 gram Raspberries, raw
- 2 large Apples, raw, golden delicious, with skin
Instructions
- Take a large bowl and mix raspberries, golden delicious apples, kiwis, strawberries, fruit preserves, brown sugar and white sugar
- Cover the above bowl and keep it inside the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
- Let the oven be preheated to 350 degrees F
- Use a cooking spray (butter flavored, if possible) and coat one of the sides of tortilla with it.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges and place them one after another on a baking sheet
- Then sprinkle some cinnamon sugar over these wedges. The spray the wedges again with cooking spray
- Place the wedges in the oven for a few minutes. Repeat these processes for the all the wedges.
- Remove the wedges from oven and allow them to cool for at least 15 minutes
- Serve the wedges with fruit mixture
