Ingredients
- 1 cup Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 slice Pork, cured, bacon, pre-sliced, cooked, pan-fried
- 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp Spices, parsley, dried
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 tsp Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 gram Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
Instructions
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and saute onions with little olive oil.
- When the onions are pink add chopped broccoli, garlic powder and cook until soft.
- Meanwhile prepare egg whites by mixing – egg whites, oregano, parsley, salt red and black pepper.
- Add egg white mixture, cooked and sliced bacon pieces to the vegetables and scramble until done.
