Irish Soda Bread [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 9
- Time: 85 minutes
I simply love this bread! It is simple and easy to make. The bread tastes best when it is kept overnight or at least a few hours before it is served.
I normally make this bread on Saturday so that I and my family can taste it on Sunday morning. This is flexible bread and therefore you can have it with any side dish.
As the bread is low on fat count, you can have it even if you are seriously into workouts. The high counts of carbs and protein in this bread should help your muscles and supply your body with enough amount of energy.
