This bar is great before you go for your workout. High in quality carbs and protein. The fat are mostly good fats from the nuts in your muesli. Very easy to make and cheap as well!

Ingredients
- 2 100g Cereals ready-to-eat, MUESLI, dried fruit and nuts
- 1 100g Oats
- 2 small Bananas, raw
- 3 scoop Gold Standard Chocolate Whey
Instructions
- Mash the bananas with a fork
- Mix the banana with the oats and muesli until the mixture is smooth
- Put some baking paper in a cake mold (or if you don't have it, use some butter and flour) so it won't stick
- Put in the oven for about 30 minutes (175C or 350F)
- When it's cooled off, slice it into 4 pieces
