Whether you want to call this dish chili or soup is left to you. However, there is no doubting the fact that this is a wonderful recipe that tastes just as good as it smells. The good part of this soup is that you can improvise it a lot according to your taste. I prefer having this soup for dinner. However, you may consider having it for lunch!
Though a number of toppings like cheddar cheese, sour cream, taco chips can be used for this soup, I like to have them as it is. This way I can have control over the number of calories I am consuming.

Ingredients
- 1.04 large Onions, raw
- 3.04 breast bone and skin r Chicken, broilers or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, enhanced, raw
- 35.44 gram Taco Spices Seasoning Mix
- 425.04 gram Bush's Best, Black Beans
- 453.04 gram Chili with beans, microwavable bowls
- 226 gram Tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
- 425.04 gram Corn, yellow, whole kernel, frozen, microwaved
- 283.04 gram Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 1.04 tbsp PACE, Diced Green Chilies
- 355.04 gram Malt beverage, includes non-alcoholic beer
Instructions
- Add onion, diced tomatoes, beer, tomato sauce, corn, black beans and chilli beans into a slow cooker. Then add taco seasoning and blend the ingredients properly.
- Place the chicken breasts over the above mixture and gently press it so that it gets slightly covered by the above mixture. After setting the cooker on low flame, cook for at least 5 hours.
- Now slowly remove the chicken breasts and allow it to cool down so that they can be handled easily.
- After shredding the chicken breasts, spread them evenly over the soup and continue cooking for 2 hours.
- Serve hot
