This is one of the best citrus fruit salads, I have ever taste. Try this and you are going to love it, if you like the citrus fruits. It is refreshing, tasty, easy to make and has innumerable health benefits. This is a zero fat recipe to cleans your digestive system and provide lots of vitamin C and fiber. Honey and ginger flavored dressing only heightens the flavor of the fruits and provides a unique sweet and sour taste to the salad.
Feel free to add a handful of nuts of your choice in the recipe to add protein good fat and crunchy flavor to the salad. But I like to eat it neat and include protein by some other way in my diet.

Ingredients
- 1 slice Pineapple, raw, traditional varieties
- 1 cup Grapes, red or green (European type, such as Thompson seedless), raw
- 1 cup, sliced Strawberries, raw
- 1 medium Bananas, raw
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Spices, ginger, ground
- 1 small Oranges, raw, all commercial varieties
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing ginger paste and honey.
- Slice the orange and pineapple into wedges after peeling any white pith from the fruits.
- Peel and chop banana and strawberries to the bit size pieces.
- Take a large bowl and add all the fruits.
- Add honey and ginger dressing and toss well to combine all the fruits.
