Ingredients
- 1 cup Soymilk, original and vanilla, light, unsweetened, with added calcium, vitamins A and D
- 1.5 tsp Sugars, granulated
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 14 large Strawberries, raw
- 1 large Bananas, raw
- 45 gram Cereals ready-to-eat, rolled oats, whole wheat, rice, presweetened, maple flavored, with pecans
Instructions
- Add strawberries, banana, oats and soy milk in a blender and blend well
- You can add sugar and vanilla if required
- Once the smooth mixture is formed, transfer it into a glass and serve chilled
