Ingredients
- 1.26 cup Aroy D Coconut milk
- 0.99 cup Egg whites, liquid
- 0.51 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened
- 3 sheet Gelatin sheet
- 0.99 gram Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin sheets in water.
- Bring the coconut milk to a simmer in a pan.
- Add in the blueberries & vanilla.
- Add in the gelatin, and stir.
- Take off the heat, and let it cool down a bit.
- Mix in the egg whites and blend with a handblender.
- Let it cool in the fridge.
