Broiled Tilapia Parmesan [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 8
- Time: 15 minutes
This recipe is quite flavourful that you cannot have enough of it. I personally use the farm raised fish for this recipe as it takes it to a new level.
When the fish is broiled using Parmesan cheese on its top, the dish gets an excellent texture and tastes good too!
The dish is extremely light on your stomach and is low in calories. The dish is not just tasty but it is also quite nutritious. In fact, the protein count of this dish is high. I therefore recommend it anyone who wishes to build muscle and increase endurance levels.
