Ingredients
- 4 unit Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 5 100g Chicken breast, oven-roasted, fat-free, sliced
- 1 large Onions, raw
- 2 clove Garlic, raw
- 3 100g Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned, drained solids, rinsed in tap water
- 1 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 2 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 cup, shredded Cheese, swiss, low fat
Instructions
- Cut the onions and garlic
- Throw in a pan and add the minced chicken 1-2 minutes later
- When the minced chicken is done, add the kidney beans and leave the pan heated for another 2 minutes
- Cut the head of the bell pepper, remove the seeds and clean with some water
- Stuff the chicken mixture in the bell pepper and sprinkle a little low fat cheese on top
- Put in the oven for about 20-30 minutes (you'll see it when it's ready)
