Kefir And Oat Cake [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 2
- Time: 30 minutes
Now a very simple recipe for a healthy breakfast, I like these kefir and oat cakes because they are made with kefir milk. I always wanted to add kefir in my diet plan because kefir is a wonderful health supplement that is rich in vitamins, minerals and probiotic digestive bacteria. It is proven scientifically that kefir is good for digestion and has antioxidants and anti-aging properties. It is also a good source of protein.
I like the sweet and sour taste of kefir and oat cakes, nuts and apple provide additional health benefits to this cake. Making this cake is very simple just mix the ingredients and bake them that’s it.
