English Muffins [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 18
- Time: 120 minutes
I have been using this recipe for a long time now. Everybody in my family loves it for their breakfast. They are absolutely brilliant in taste and can be had with jam, creamed cheese or orange butter.
Though I have tried other variations of muffins before, this recipe is my favorite. This is one of those foods that fills your stomach quickly and provides you lots of energy. In fact, this food is rich in carbs and protein. Therefore, those people who are into bodybuilding and weight training can benefit a lot from it. I love trying this recipe regularly.
