Ingredients
- 1 can Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 0.25 100g Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 100g Cheese, cottage, nonfat, uncreamed, dry, large or small curd
- 0.5 cup drained, rinsed Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, drained solids, rinsed with tap water
- 1 medium whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
- 0.25 cucumber Cucumber, with peel, raw
- 1.2 100g Whole Wheat Wraps
Instructions
- Mix everything (not the wraps ;))
- Throw it in the wrap and enjoy
