This is a slow cooking recipe that you must try when you time to do so. I personally love this flavorful dish. I have tried it out a couple of times before and each time I have liked it immensely.
Though a lot of time and patience is required to cook this dish, it is fairly simple and tasty. The good part with this dish is that it is healthy and is recommended for all who wish to gain muscle and extra strength.
The sweet and sour taste of this dish is what makes it truly special. It is normally served with rice.
