Ingredients
- 453.52 gram Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw
- 1 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 5 medium Potatoes, white, flesh and skin, raw
- 1 gram Garlic, raw
- 1 large Onions, raw
- 4 large Carrots, raw
Instructions
- Let the oven be preheated to 200 degrees C. Then take a baking pan and place an aluminum foil over it.
- Make patties using ground beef and keep it over the pan.
- Now start placing vegetables over the patties. Start off with potatoes, carrots and then end it off with onion rings.
- Now season the patties with garlic salt, pepper and salt.
- Now the seal the edges of the aluminum foil. Place it in the oven and allow it to bake for at least an hour.
- Serve hot.
