	Ingredients
	
		- 1 cup  Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, without added vitamin A and vitamin D
 - 1 gram  Spices, cinnamon, ground
 - 7 gram  Honey
 - 2 gram  Vanilla extract
 	
	
	Instructions
	
		- Take a microwave safe mug and add milk into it. Place the mug in the oven.
 - Cook the milk until it is very hot and foam starts forming
 - Add vanilla and honey and stir well
 - Sprinkle cinnamon just before serving
