When I first heard of an egg face pizza it strikes me immediately and I try it. The idea works well for me, very tasty and delicious. I am big fan of egg recipes, and try most of them as soon as I find them. Pizza can be a healthy option if you use good topping and crust. In this recipe, pizza is topped with mushroom and egg, so it is full of protein and amino – acids. I don’t even use any cheese in this recipe to keep it low fat. Remember to crack the egg in the center of the pizza; it would be good if you make a well with the help of the topping to stop egg spillage while baking.
