Kefir & Avocado Smoothie [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 5 minutes
I like to make smoothies by using kefir milk that is fermented milk enriched with probiotic, good and digestive bacteria. When I blend kefir milk with avocado along with ginger and mint, what I get is thick green buttery smoothie that is highly nutritious. This smoothie is little high in fat contain due to avocado, but don’t worry it is good for health. Avocado contains good fatty acids, high amount of potassium and vitamins that is essential for our body.
Add protein powder to this smoothie for making it appropriate for post workout body need. A very refreshing and minty protein shake will be ready in a minute for a bodybuilder just like me.
