This is a wonderful snack you can try any day. When the crab mixture is had with muffins it tastes so good that you cannot resist having one more.
My kids love crabs and this is one of their favorites along with mine. Also given that this dish is extremely rich in protein and carbs, I keep trying it on a regular basis.
The dish is light on your stomach. A couple of muffins and a dollop of crab mixture is all is needed to keep you going for the rest of the day.

Ingredients
- 1.6 Pound Crab meat
- 0.6 tsp Spices, paprika
- 12 oz English muffins, plain, unenriched, without calcium propionate (includes sourdough)
- 16 oz Cheese spread, cream cheese base
- 2 tbsp Butter - Soft
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, low sodium, low calorie or diet
Instructions
- In the first step you need to preheat the oven until it broils
- Then take a medium size bowl and add crabmeat, butter, mayonnaise, and cheese.
- Take a tablespoon of the above mixture and spread it across each muffin. Then sprinkle the muffins with paprika.
- Now cut the muffins into small quarters and place them over a cookie sheet
- Now the crab mixture has to be broiled until it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
