Mexican Jicama Snack [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 6
- Time: 10 minutes
This is one of the recipes I found while I was on a trip to Mexico last month. This dish, as exciting as it looks, tastes just as good.
You only need 5-10 min to cook prepare this dish. Cut the Jicama and then toss the Jicama sticks with pepper and lime juice. You are almost ready to eat it!
What is really good with this dish is that it is rich in carbs and protein. As the fat content is too little, bodybuilders, athletes and weight trainers can have them regularly without feeling guilty.
I make this snack as often as I can.
