Banana Whey Muffin [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 16
- Time: 30 minutes
These muffins are low fat and high in protein and make it a perfect snack. I always take them to the gym, so I can have one after my workout.
The banana makes the muffins sweeter, and add some carbs to it. If you want even less fat, you can only take the egg whites and leave out the rest.
