Ingredients
- 3 100g Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, without salt, drained solids
- 1.2 100g Oats
- 6 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 small Onions, raw
- 0.52 clove Garlic, raw
- 1 tsp Salt, table
- 1 tsp Spices, pepper, black
Instructions
- Mash the tuna to smoothness
- Add the chopped onion, squeeze the garlic, add the egg whites, oats, pepper and salt
- Mix everything up, make the burgers and heat up your pan
- Add some coconut oil and put the burgers in it
- They are ready when they're nice and brown (about 5 minutes or so)
- Don't forget to add the salt and pepper in step 2 to give it some flavor! (I forgot once, cardboard is tastier than eating these things without the spices)
