Ingredients
- 1 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground
Instructions
- In a large hand blender jar, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.
- Combine all the ingredients with the whisk attachment of the blender on low speed.
- Scrap from the sides and whisk again until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
- Transfer the mixture to the ice cream moulds or container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
- Serve with fresh fruits or chocolate shavings.
