- Servings: 1
- Time: 20 minutes
I like to enjoy my couscous fruits and nut salad enriched with tuna protein. This is a high protein salad good for both muscle building and fat burning. This is a perfect recipe to burn calorie and trim body fat especially around the stomach, helps in maintaining ripped Abs by trimming waistline.
Couscous made with whole wheat flour is a wonderful substitute for grains like brown rice and quinoa. It is high in fiber, potassium and low in calorie in comparison to its counterpart grains. Furthermore it is easier to cook couscous just add boiling water and toss, you can combine it with any recipe.
