If you like your dinner to be a simple affair then grilled bass is for you. The bass fish, as we all know, is rich in protein. Therefore, if you wish to have a protein-rich dinner, make sure you try this dish sooner than later.
I personally like sea food a lot. Therefore, I try this recipe at least once every fortnight. You only need 25 minutes or so to prepare this dish. I recommend everyone to try this recipe as it extremely simple, tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients
- 1 lemon yields Lemon juice, raw
- 1 gram Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 500 gram Fish, bass, striped, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh
- 3 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add lemon juice, salt, pepper flakes, parsley and olive oil. Whisk the ingredients well.
- Then add bass fillets. Marinate the fillets for about 10 minutes
- Take an outdoor grill and preheat it under medium-flame. Then apply small amount of oil on the grate
- Now you can grill the brass fillets for at least 5 minutes on both sides.
- Serve hot
