This is an excellent dish to try for your lunch. Everyone in my family loves cheese quesadilla as it is tasty and nutritious.
The homemade salsa that I normally use for this recipe is excellent and complements the dish perfectly. The good part with this dish is that it is very simple to make. In fact, the dish will be ready to savour within 20 minutes flat!

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
- 15 gram Bell pepper (green/yellow/red)
- 1 tbsp guacamole
- 23 gram Cheese, low fat, cheddar or colby
- 2.5 gram Plain Butter
- 1 tbsp Cheese, parmesan, dry grated, reduced fat
- 2 piece Whole wheat tortillas
- 7 gram Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 14.3 gram Beans, black turtle, mature seeds, canned
Instructions
- Let the oven be preheated to 190 degrees C
- Take a bowl and add salsa, cilantro, black beans, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Take 1 tortilla and spread the salsa mixture at its centre. Then keep the remaining portion of tortilla over the filling.
- Now take a baking sheet and place quesadilla over it and brush little butter over it.
- Now place the quesadilla in the oven and bake it until it turns brown. You can use a pizza cutter to slice quesadilla.
- Before serving garnish quesadilla with red bell pepper and guacamole.
