Ingredients
- 1 loin, whole Pork loin, Tenderloin, trimmed, separate fat and lean only.
- 1 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 tsp Spices, onion powder
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, thyme, dried
- 1 tsp Spices, rosemary, dried
- 1 tsp Vinegar, balsamic
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
Instructions
- In heavy bottom, oven proof pan heat little olive oil and cook the tenderloin until brown from all sides.
- Remove from the pan and season it with all the dry powders, herbs and vinegar.
- Coat well with the marinade and pour any remaining oil and juices from the pan.
- Preheat the oven to 450 F and bake the tenderloin for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let it stand for 5 minutes inside the oven, then remove and cut into slices.
- Serve with roasted vegetables.
