Ingredients
- 1 fillet Chicken breast, low fat
- 0.5 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
- 0.5 cup Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 slice, medium Onions, raw
- 1 tbsp Onions, young green, tops only
- 1 tsp Spices, paprika
- 1 gram Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.5 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast in small pieces with the help of a sharp knife.
- Saute onion with olive oil in a pan.
- Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes until brown.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, tomato puree, paprika and peanut butter, mix well.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Add salt, cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot topped with green onions
