Ingredients
- 0.99 cup Baking Mix
- 2.01 tbsp Oil, vegetable, Natreon canola, high stability, non trans, high oleic (70%)
- 0.99 piece Egg white beaten
- 283.5 gram Minced clam
Instructions
- First, drain the clams
- Take a medium bowl; add clams, baking mix and 1 beaten egg. Mix well.
- Take a skillet and heat some oil in it. Then add clams and allow them to fry until they turn golden brown.
- Use paper towels for draining excess oil
- Serve hot
