Spicy Turkey Kabobs With Greek Yogurt Dip [Bulkbites.com]
- Servings: 1
- Time: 30 minutes
I consider this recipe one of my best and favorite, these kabobs are made with ground turkey, marinade with some good herbs and spices. The dip works best to enhance the flavor of the kabobs. Preparation is very easy, only a handful of ingredients are required to make this fantastic high protein appetizer.
This is one of my most flavorful, spicy and traditional preparation. The cooking process of these kabobs makes all the difference; the best taste can be achieved by using an open barbecue of charcoal. Though you can use gas grill or grill pan to make these kabobs, if you do not have access to the open barbecue.
