Egg rolls are my favorite from childhood; I can enjoy them be it breakfast, dinner or snacks time. They are also a good option for packed lunch. Now I develop healthier version of this delicacy. I use lots of finely chopped vegetables, egg whites and sesame seeds for making it.
This is my anytime, anywhere quickly prepared kind of recipe, overall this is a handy and tasty meal option packed with veggie’s nutrition, egg’s protein and sesame’s healthy fat.

Ingredients
- 1 large Egg, white, raw, fresh
- 1 jumbo Egg, whole, raw, fresh
- 1 cup, shredded Cabbage, common (danish, domestic, and pointed types), stored, raw
- 1 small Carrots, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tsp Spices, garlic powder
- 1 gram Oil, sesame, salad or cooking
- 1 1 Large Tortilla La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla, Large
Instructions
- Take a big bowl to add egg white, egg, chopped cabbage, onion, grated carrot, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Whisk the egg mixture to well combine all the ingredients.
- Take a large nonstick pan and heat little oil to this.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook on medium heat until set.
- When the egg is almost done place a tortilla on the egg mixture and gently flip it to cook from the other side.
- Cook the tortilla for 2-3 minutes or until crisp. Tortilla would be stick with the omelet.
- Remove from the heat and place it to the plate and form a roll from the tortilla side up.
- Egg rolls are ready to enjoy.
