Ingredients
- 424.98 gram Broadbeans (fava beans), mature seeds, canned
- 4.98 gram Peppers, hot chili, red, raw
- 1.02 dash Salt, table
- 1.02 dash Spices, pepper, black
- 1.5 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 0.24 cup Lemon juice, raw
- 0.24 cup chopped Parsley, fresh
- 1.02 large Onions, raw
- 7.02 gram Ground cumin
- 1.02 large whole Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
Instructions
- Take a pot containing water and add the beans into it and bring it to boil.
- After mixing them well, add tomato, onion, red pepper, pepper, salt, lemon juice, parsley, cumin and olive oil.
- After bringing the above mixture to boil, reduce the heat a bit.
- Allow to cook for a few more minutes
- Then serve the dish with grilled pita
