As I told you before that smoothies and protein shakes are my favorite preparations, I am a die heat fan of smoothies and use to try them with different ingredients. My pure peach smoothie is wonderful drink that is not only good for bodybuilders but for any one who needs tasty, nutritious and digestive blends and drinks.
This recipe is loaded with vitamin A and C because of peach and enriched with protein because of protein powder. Greek yogurt used in this blend aids digestion support to my bowel movement. Very tasty and sweet delight you can also drink it as a dessert after meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Peach, Unsweetened
- 1 container Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Sweetener, syrup, agave
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients listed, in a blender jar.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Serve chill in a glass.
