Ingredients
- 28.6 gram Cornstarch
- 28.6 gram Plain Butter
- 2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, prepared, yellow
- 4 tsp Vinegar, cider
- 347.52 gram Pork, cured, ham, low sodium, lean and fat, cooked
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1.32 cup Pineapple juice
- 1 cup, chunks Pineapple, raw, traditional varieties
- 30 gram Onions, young green, tops only
Instructions
- After keeping a large skillet over medium heat, melt some butter in it.
- Then sauté pineapple chunks, onions and the ham in it for a few minutes.
- Take a separate bowl. Add cornstarch, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and pineapple juice into it.
- Stir all the above ingredients and pour it over the ham mixture.
- Continue stirring and allow the heat to thicken the mixture.
- Serve hot
