Not many people may have tried this dish before. However, I must say that it is one of those strawberries dishes that will entice your taste buds like never before.
The interesting combination of cayenne pepper, chopped garlic and strawberries is what makes this breakfast dish truly special.
If you have a tired mouth, then this is the dish you need to try to wake it up. Before having tried out this dish, I was happy with only bacon and eggs. But this dish changed all that!
It is not just me but everyone in the family loves to dig into this dish.

Ingredients
- 38 gram Strawberry preserves
- 4 large Strawberries, raw
- 114 gram Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), boneless, separable lean and fat only, raw
- 1 gram Spices, pepper, red or cayenne
- 15 gram Plain Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
- 1.5 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Horseradish, prepared
Instructions
- Take a small saucepan. Add horseradish, soy sauce, minced garlic and strawberry preserves.
- Cook the above ingredients under medium heat whilst stirring them regularly.
- Take a medium skillet and melt butter in it.
- Now sprinkle some cayenne pepper on both sides of the pork and fry it so that both the sides become brown.
- Continue to cook the chops so that the pink colour disappears completely and juices start flowing.
- Now pour the sauce over the chops and serve with fresh strawberries.
