Breakfast drink cannot get any better than this! This drink is easy to make and is nutritious. A single glass of this drink is enough to provide you your daily quota of carbs and protein.
Bodybuilders and weight trainers can benefit a lot in having this drink regularly. I recommend you have this drink at your breakfast.
You can consider adding little crushed ice cubes to the blender while preparing this drink. My kids love this drink a lot.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cup Pineapple juice
- 0.24 cup Wheat germ, crude
- 1 cup, halves Strawberries, raw
- 490 gram Yogurt, vanilla flavor, lowfat milk, sweetened with low calorie sweetener
- 2 large Bananas, raw
Instructions
- Add vanilla extract, wheat germ, strawberries, yogurt, bananas and pineapple juice into a blender
- Blend the above ingredients until a smooth mixture is formed
- Serve chilled
