This one is my highly recommended recipe for bodybuilders. Try your hands on it when you are short of time but don’t want to compromise with your diet plan. This omelet is made with egg whites and stuffed with pork mixture giving you a double dose of high quality protein. Combine this omelet with your choice of bread to add essential carbs to your breakfast menu. Pork mixture can be prepared beforehand for a hasty morning.
This pork stuffed omelet is a solid high protein recipe, perfect for building and maintain muscle. I make this for my breakfast to boost my protein intake throughout the day during my workout regime. It is easy to make and provide me enough nutrition for maximum muscle gain.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Egg white beaten
- 1 oz Pork, ground, 96% lean / 4% fat, raw
- 1 cup Tomatoes, crushed, canned
- 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
- 1 dash Salt, table
- 1 tsp, ground Spices, pepper, black
- 1 tbsp PACE, Diced Green Chilies
- 1 tsp Oil, coconut
- 1 sprigs Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
Instructions
- In a large skillet heat oil and cook ground pork until brown.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, green chili, salt and canned tomatoes, mix and cook with lid on for 5 minutes.
- Add salsa and chopped cilantro to the pork mixture, mix and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare the egg for omelet by mixing egg whites with salt and pepper.
- In a large non stick pan heat little oil and pour the egg mixture in the pan.
- Let the omelet set for 1-2 minutes on low heat from both sides.
- Transfer the omelet on a serving plate, scoop the pork mixture in the center of the omelet and fold it as you like.
- Serve with fresh salad and whole wheat bread.
